There are no implied licenses granted under this agreement. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring upon User any right to use in advertising, publicity or other marketing activities, any name, trade name, trademark, logo, or other designation of FieldSpark. When App User downloads the app, uploads, submits, stores, sends or receives content to or through FieldSpark Mobile Application or its Subscription Services, App User gives Spark oman (and those we work with) a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify and create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes Spark Oman makes so that its services work better).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-e99b6c6 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"e99b6c6\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-099a714\" data-id=\"099a714\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e40b1ee elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e40b1ee\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:<\/h4>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8a62d6c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8a62d6c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>IN NO EVENT WILL SPARK OMAN BE LIABLE TO USER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR LOST REVENUE ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SPARK OMAN&#8217;S SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES OR MOBILE APPLICATIONS, HOWEVER CAUSED AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR TORT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF SPARK OMAN HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-e164a58 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"e164a58\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-a50a4bf\" data-id=\"a50a4bf\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7aaf46c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7aaf46c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">CONFIDENTIALITY:<\/h4>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eeb796c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"eeb796c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>App User will restrict access to the Confidential Information to those of its employees who have signed confidentiality agreements at least as restrictive as those contained herein. User shall use at least the same standard of care as used to protect its own confidential information of similar nature, but no less than reasonable care, to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure of the Confidential Information. Upon discovering any unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Information, App User shall promptly notify Spark Oman.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-3b7b816 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"3b7b816\" third party claims, demands, actions, losses, liabilities, damages or expenses (including court costs and reasonable attorney&#8217;s fees) arising out of or relating to any use by App User.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-3f6e6df elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"3f6e6df\" if you purchased the license to the Software in the Sultanate.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
